At The Gables we empower people with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs to live as independently as possible, to become integral members of the community and to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual care pathways.

The Gables consists of three spacious self-contained one-bedroom apartments. Apartment 1 has an open-plan kitchen and dining room, a living room, and an ensuite shower room. Apartments 2 and 3 each have an open-plan dining room and living room, a kitchen and an ensuite bathroom. 

The Gables has an accessible garden with a patio for spending time outdoors when the weather is good. There is level access throughout the property.

The Gables is in a residential location next to the River Bure. Wroxham and Hoverton are within a short walk and have shops, cafes, pubs, a post office, a library, Wroxham Miniature Worlds, Roys of Wroxham Food Hall and Department Store, and regular boat tours. This is a very popular tourist destination which becomes lively in the summer. 

For people who like to stay active, NR12 Fitness provides year-round access to exercise classes and a gym, or Norwich has a number of swimming pools to choose from. People also enjoy walking in the local area. 
Nearby Norwich has larger amenities and attractions including Castle Quarter and Chapelfield Shopping Centres, Norwich Theatre Royal, Norwich Castle, Museum and Art Gallery, Strangers Hall Museum, Cow Tower, Norwich Cathedral, a Vue and an Odeon Cinema, and a Superbowl UK or Hollywood Bowl for ten pin bowling.
