There are 20 one-bedroom apartments, six of which are wheelchair accessible and have height-adjustable kitchens. All apartments consist of an open plan kitchen and living area, bedroom and en-suite bathroom. White goods are included in each apartment and assistive technology can be tailored to suit the needs of each person. The ground floor apartments are level access and there are stairs and lift to other floors. The property has two large communal rooms which are in the original front of the Chapel and the first floor communal room has a platform for accessibility. There is external CCTV and a core support team always on site for background support and added security.

Nearby there are pubs, shops and restaurants, with banks, libraries and post offices all within walking distance. Tuesday night is ‘Tuesday Club’ hosted in the Carnegie building across the road, which is a dedicated club for people with learning disabilities to play bingo, board games and enjoy a disco. The local sports centre is a short distance away, as is the local bingo hall. People living at our nearby Viaduct Court service enjoy trips to Keswick and the Lake District and hold communal tea events in the service, as well as quiz nights, bingo and regular cinema visits - people that move in to Trinity Chapel Apartments can look forward to similar activities and fun days out.
