The house is semi-detached and has a kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and an additional quiet lounge. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite, and there is a large shared bathroom on the first floor as well as a downstairs toilet.
Outside there’s a garden for everyone to enjoy, with a patio area and raised beds. Pets may be allowed - we currently have a resident budgie.

The service is located in Stoneycroft, a popular residential area a few miles outside Liverpool. It’s a few minutes’ walk from Queens Drive which offers pubs, restaurants and retail parks. It’s also well placed for accessing transport routes to the local area.
For people who like to stay active, Peter Lloyd Leisure Centre is a short walk away and provides year-round access to exercise classes, a gym and a swimming pool.
Liverpool is easily accessible from the property. Here, people can enjoy numerous museums and art galleries, Liverpool ONE Shopping Centre, the Liverpool Empire, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, and Imagine That Science and Discovery Centre. And we’re spoilt for choice for beautiful walks - the docks, Toxteth Park, Wavertree Botanic Gardens and Sefton Park are just a small selection.

Life at Uppingham Road is suitable for people with learning disabilities or autism.
We are ready to welcome a man aged between 20 and 60. The two men who currently live here are in their 40s, they are very house proud and don’t like a noisy environment, so someone quiet and tidy would be the ideal fit.
They enjoy going out for lunch and shopping, and are friendly and sociable and would make the new tenant very welcome.
