Victoria Road is an attractive Victorian terraced house in Exmouth where people are welcomed and supported to live happy and fulfilled lives. 

The house has four bedrooms, one of which is used as a staff sleep-in room for overnight support. On the ground floor there’s a kitchen, dining room, lounge, and a toilet. Upstairs there’s a wet room bathroom and three bedrooms. The second floor is used as a separate flat which is occupied by a married couple who we support. 

Outside at the rear there’s a small walled garden that everyone can enjoy.

The people living here are aged between 40 and 70 and have a wide variety of interests and hobbies. They take turns cooking and grocery shopping, and also enjoy going out for lunch or to the local café. They also enjoy walks around the local area and day trips on public transport. 

Victoria Road would be ideal for a lady who would appreciate a quiet house and who is willing to share the cooking responsibilities. Someone sociable who would like to get out and about in the local area would be perfect.

There’s a local shop around the corner and the town centre is a five-minute walk away, where you’ll find a huge range of shops, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities. There’s a popular leisure centre only two minutes’ away, as is the beach front. The Esplanade is a great place for a walk or to enjoy some fish and chips.

The area benefits from excellent transport links, with regular buses and trains to Exeter. Exeter is an ancient city with plenty to see and do – there’s a castle, cathedral, several museums and the popular Quay with cafes and restaurants.
