The house has five bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen-diner and spacious lounge with feature fireplace. There are bedrooms on both floors, one of which is used as a sleep-in room for overnight support. There’s also a bathroom with walk-in shower on each floor.

There’s a pleasant back garden with a lawn and patio for spending time outdoors when the weather is good.

We are ready to welcome a person of any age who would appreciate living in a quiet house. A bedroom is available on either the ground floor or first floor, depending on individual needs. The two men currently living at the service have active social lives and enjoy getting out and about on the bus into the community.

They also enjoy cooking, shopping and going on holiday together so someone who is sociable and would like group day trips and holidays would be ideal.

Viewmount Drive is in the Maryhill area of Glasgow, close to local shops, supermarkets, pubs and takeaways. Within a mile you’ll find restaurants, a post office, banks, community centres and libraries. Transport links are excellent and Glasgow is only 20 minutes away by car.

For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are several parks nearby. Ruchill Park has sporting facilities and a golf course, Dawsholm Park offers walks by the river and Maryhill Park has woodland and a community garden. Glasgow Botanic Gardens is a great place to visit with its variety of plant collections, woodland copses and riverside walks as well as the famous Kibble Palace glasshouse and a popular tea room.
