Living at this service
The people we support here are two men and one woman aged between 25 and 60. They live with epilepsy, immobility, and limited verbal communication.
At Windy Ridge, people enjoy socialising, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community. One of the women here likes Disney, going to the cinema and swimming. One man here enjoys playing musical instruments and colouring, while another likes cars and going to the local cafes.
People choose how they spend their time. The local minibus company across the road regularly takes people into town.
“Windy Ridge is suitable for people requiring high-needs supported living. The staff team here are highly skilled and are used to supporting people with multiple physical disabilities. They work really well with the local community, and provide lots of opportunities for engagement.” Manager, Windy Ridge
