Andrea Kinkade

Lifeways Group’s Chief Executive has been selected as a finalist for the Social Care Top 30, a national award celebrating some of the social care sector’s most influential leaders.

CEO Andrea Kinkade has been recognised among exceptional individuals whose leadership, innovation and dedication are making a lasting impact across the sector.

“I’m deeply honoured to be recognised in the Social Care Top 30 this year alongside some of the biggest names in the sector, including Karolina Gerlich from The Care Workers’ Charity and Andrew Knight from Care UK,” said Andrea.

“For me, this recognition is a reflection of the collective commitment of everyone at Lifeways. Together, we’re focused on driving meaningful change in social care and helping the people we support live their best lives.

“I’m incredibly proud of the role Lifeways is playing in strengthening the sector - from setting high standards in the quality and condition of our properties to embracing emerging technologies such as AI to enhance what we can offer. We’re committed to leading by example, improving outcomes and helping to shape a more positive future for the people we support.”

Care Talk, which runs the awards, will ask its readership to nominate the person they believe deserves to be at the top of the Social Care Top 30. The winner will be announced at a prestigious awards dinner at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on Tuesday, October 13.
