Lifeways named finalist in four categories at this year’s Care Home Awards
Lifeways, the UK’s largest provider of support for people with complex needs in the community, has been named a finalist in four categories at this year’s Care Home Awards.
The organisation has reached the final stage of judging ahead of the awards’ 10th anniversary this May, earning recognition in the Best for Specialist Care, Best for Staff Recruitment and Retention, Best for Wellbeing, and Best for Training and Development categories.
CEO Andrea Kinkade said: “We’re delighted to be recognised in multiple categories ahead of this year’s Care Home Awards.
“In recent years, Lifeways has delivered a major digital transformation programme to strengthen the quality and continuity of care, while initiatives such as 30 Wishes have helped bring aspirations to life for people we support across the UK.
“Our You’re Not Just Anyone recruitment campaign has attracted people who share our values, supported by partnerships such as Stream, while our Operational Leaders’ Development Programme has strengthened leadership across the organisation.
“Together, these efforts have contributed to our shortlisting across several categories, and I’d like to thank the Care Home Awards team for recognising the hard work of everyone at Lifeways. We look forward to the event this Spring.”
The Care Home Awards recognise excellence, innovation and achievement across the UK care sector. The 10th anniversary event will take place on Friday, May 15 at the National Conference Centre in Coventry.
