We've launched our new Whitwood Hall video

Our latest case study video has been launched and we are really pleased to be able to showcase the fantastic support team at Whitwood Hall in Castleford.

We decided to come and meet the team following their most recent CQC inspection, where the service was rated Outstanding in the areas of Caring, Responsive and Well-led.

Whitwood Hall is a residential home and can accommodate 16 people across 3 units. The registered Manager, Tracy Halford, has worked her way up from Support Worker, and knows exactly how a service should be run. Her compassion and enthusiasm really shone through, and we are delighted to celebrate the achievements of the team and the people we support at this fantastic service.
