Gender pay report
Equality isn’t just a box-ticking exercise for us at Lifeways. It is one of our core CHOICE values and forms part of our ambition to become the employer of choice in our sector.
As part of that unwavering drive to improve, we have backed our words with actions. Our Reward Strategy and framework approach has helped us to improve and narrow the gender pay gap in Lifeways from nearly 5% to 2% over the last three years.
We’re pleased with the progress so far, but we know we still have much more to do to completely eliminate pay disparity from our business.
