Supporting you and your family in Worcester

We put people at the heart of everything we do, celebrating the positivity and individuality they bring to our services, supporting them to lead fulfilling and, happy lives.

Our supported living services in Worcester have been designed to help people live more independently, surrounded by like-minded people whilst being safe and secure behind their own front door. With a focus on person-centred support, we encourage each and every ambition – no matter how big or small.

For people living with complex support needs, our residential care locations in Worcester offer welcoming, supportive and stimulating environments. We’ve carefully designed each location to be safe and comfortable, with adaptations and assistive technology supporting more independent living.

Working closely with families, healthcare professionals and local authorities, such as Worcestershire County Council, Worcester City Council and NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB, our experienced local assessment teams take time to really get to know each person to understand what location, accommodation, and adaptations will best suit.

Our local Worcester team are always available to work hand-in-hand with you, from arranging introductions, assessments and visits, all the way through to the move being complete and the kettle going on.

"Finding the right support has changed Craig’s life. He’s learnt skills in organisation and planning, opening up opportunities to enjoy new hobbies and join in with local community activities."
