The house has two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, plus a kitchen and lounge. There is a space in the garage that is used as a laundry room. At the front of the house is a small well-kept garden and at the back there’s a lovely lawned area with flowerbeds.

The service would be ideal for someone who is verbal, sociable and with a good sense of humour.

The service is less than a minute from Wibsey Park, which offers tree-lined walks, a lake, an aviary and a community garden.

Bradford City Centre is about three miles away and has all the amenities you’d expect from a large city. There’s some excellent shopping, a wealth of attractions including museums, theatres, some fabulous outdoor spaces and a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafes.
