Lifeways joined thousands at Manchester Pride.

Lifeways joined thousands of people in celebrating acceptance, equality, and inclusivity at Manchester Pride over the August bank holiday weekend.

Members of Lifeways’ Diversity Council - established to empower its increasingly diverse workforce - came together with colleagues and the people they support to take part in the festivities across Manchester’s Gay Village.

As the UK’s largest provider of support for people with complex needs in the community, Lifeways representatives proudly walked alongside The Outstanding Society, a platform dedicated to sharing and celebrating best practice in social care.

With headline performances from Eurovision alumni Olly Alexander and 2000s legend Nelly Furtado across the four-day event, the festival proved to be a huge celebration for more than 100,000 attendees.Lifeways joined thousands at Manchester Pride.Heather Wright, Head of Health & Safety at Lifeways, was among those in attendance.
