Lifeways chief shortlisted for Leading Women in Care Award
Our Chief Executive Andrea Kinkade has been shortlisted for the prestigious Leading Women in Care (LWIC) Award.
Andrea has been nominated in the Business Woman of the Year (Home Care) category after steering Lifeways’ exciting growth and transformation programmes since taking the helm in 2022.
The awards recognise the social care sector’s outstanding female leaders and celebrate the incredible contributions of women making a difference in care.
All of the nominees now go to an online vote – visit here to vote by midnight on Friday, 28 February 2025.
Andrea said: “I’m so humbled to have been nominated alongside so many incredible female leaders in our amazing sector.
“As I’ve said before, any award Lifeways is shortlisted for is a reflection on the extraordinary people who deliver quality services to the people we support day-in, day-out.
“As leaders at Lifeways, we’ve asked a lot of our teams and they delivered beyond our expectations. So while I’m really proud to be on the shortlist, I’m even prouder of the amazing work our teams do to change the world for the people we support.”
This year’s winners will be announced at a special event at The Pullman, London St Pancras, on 4 March ahead of International Women’s Day.
