Andrea said: "I’m deeply honoured to be recognised in the Social Care Top 30. I think this recognition is a reflection on the collective commitment of everyone at Lifeways to drive meaningful change in social care to help the people we support thrive.

“I'm proud that Lifeways is among those organisations working to enhance sector developments, improve outcomes, and shape a better future for the communities we serve.”

Care Talk, which runs the awards, will ask its readership to nominate the person they believe deserves to be at the top of the Social Care Top 30. The winner will be announced at a ceremony in London on 21 October 2025.
