Lifeways recognised across three categories at the 2026 LaingBuisson Awards
Lifeways, the UK’s largest provider of support for people with complex needs in the community, has been recognised in three categories at this year’s LaingBuisson Awards.
The organisation has been shortlisted for Excellence in Supported Living and Excellence in Specialist Care, while one of Lifeways’ outstanding Area Managers in the Mental Health division has also been recognised in the Rising Star category.

Andrea Kinkade, Chief Executive at Lifeways, said: “I’m incredibly pleased to see Lifeways once again recognised across multiple categories at the LaingBuisson Awards.
“These awards are highly respected across our sector and celebrate the very best in care and support. To be recognised year after year is a real honour and is a testament to the exceptional work our teams do every day to deliver the highest possible standards of person-centred care.
“Congratulations to all of our teams across the country for this fantastic achievement. I’d also like to give a special congratulations to Toni Meadows, one of our Area Managers in the Mental Health division, on her recognition in the Rising Star category. It’s a wonderful reflection of the talent, dedication and commitment we have across Lifeways.”

The winners will be announced at the LaingBuisson Awards Ceremony and Dinner on Thursday 19 November 2026 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London.
This year’s awards attracted more than 700 entries, making competition across all categories exceptionally strong and highlighting the outstanding achievements across the health and social care sector.
