From October to December 2023, Lifeways brought together Area Managers, Registered Managers, Service Managers, and Heads of function from across its services for a series of regional Lifeways Connected events.

The aim: to share the organization's strategic direction, including its purpose, vision, and mission, and to outline its transformation roadmap. This roadmap, crafted with the collective input of Lifeways' leaders, will serve as a guiding force for the company's success.

We also sought to gather the input of our leaders in defining our company values, which will serve as the foundation for our culture and guide our decision-making.

Additionally, we announced our move towards a divisional structure, a significant organisational change that will enhance our ability to deliver exceptional services.

This new organisational will see us move to three divisions:

Lifeways is committed to sharing its strategic direction with stakeholders and the broader community.

Our purpose, vision, and mission are the cornerstones of our organization, guiding our every decision and action. We are also actively transforming our organization to enhance our ability to deliver exceptional services.

Our collective contributions are vital to shaping our future, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone at Lifeways can thrive and make a meaningful difference!
