Judges for the Care Home Awards have put Lifeways through to the final stages and will now pick their winners ahead of the ceremony, scheduled for May.
Categories that Lifeways have been shortlisted for are:
- Best for Nursing Care
- Best Facilities Management
- Best for Innovation in Care
- Best for Use of Technology and Digital Care Strategy
- Best for Use of Care Management Software
- Best for Specialist Care
- Best Sustainability Initiative
Amanda Brooke, Chief Transformation Officer at Lifeways, said: “To be shortlisted for any one of these categories is brilliant, so we’re naturally thrilled to have made the final judging stage in seven categories.
“The spread of categories that we have been shortlisted for shows the outstanding work happening across Lifeways as we look to improve what we do every day and provide the best possible care for the people we support.”
Projects highlighted in Lifeways’ success stories for the Care Home Awards included its approach to specialist neurological care at its Abbeymoor service, digital transformation projects, making facilities safer and more sustainable, and more.
The Care Home Awards, which celebrates innovation and excellence in care business management, care operations and delivery of service for the sector, will bring more than 30 UK care providers together at the event, which will be held in May.
