Lifeways shortlisted for top HR award

Lifeways, the UK’s largest provider of support for people with complex needs in the community, has been shortlisted for an award at one of the biggest and most prestigious human resources awards ceremonies of the year. 

Lifeways has been selected as a finalist in the Change Management Award category at the Personnel Today Awards for delivering its innovative transformation program over the last two years. Changes to systems and processes across the whole organisation have led to improved recruitment and retention, cost savings, more capability within operational teams, increased regulatory compliance and more.
