New Lifeways careers hub launched – care jobs for people who aren’t just anyone

Lifeways has launched a new careers website to showcase why people join Lifeways and how they are supported, valued and have impact with a career in care. 

Our new hub explains why we don’t hire just anyone. We recruit people who are wired for care, who want to build a career in social care and make a difference in the lives of the incredible people we support across the UK. 

We’ve made it easier for people to find their perfect role with us, discover what makes Lifeways amazing – from great benefits and rewards to clear training and career pathways – and to hear why team members love working for us.  

The new site details the range of roles available at Lifeways - from support workers, team leaders, and registered managers, to property, PBS, HR, and support function positions in social care.
