Sycamore Court, Huddersfield Open Day
An open day is being held on 24 January 2017, from 10am to 4pm at Sycamore Court, 10 Broad Lane, Moldgreen, Huddersfield HD5 9BX. It will provide an opportunity for health and Social care workers, families and those requiring support to see what the service has to offer and request a referral on the day. Support worker job opportunities are also still available, so come and meet the team involved in the project who will be delighted to answer any questions you have.
The supported living development provides 12 attractive one-bedroom apartments designed for individuals who require specialist, individualised, and person centred support. The apartments are fitted with assistive technology as standard, the development offers a range of devices that can be tailored to individual needs, ensuring the greatest level of independence possible.
The service will benefit from fully qualified support staff on site around the clock. If you or a family member have an assessed support need, or are in receipt of an individual budget or personal health budget, then you may be suitable for the scheme.
