Who's the cutest pet at Lifeways' supported living services? Vote now!
As we all know, pets are fantastic for keeping you company.
And some of the almost 5,000 people we support at Lifeways are proud pet-owners - while others enjoy visits from animals, where appropriate. Additionally, some of our services have live-in pets that belong to everyone at the service.
Spending time with pets can be a great boost for your mental health and wellbeing – especially during lockdown, according to research.
Researchers from the universities of York and Lincoln noted last year that having a pet seems to “mitigate some of the detrimental psychological effects of Covid-19 lockdown.”
And as tomorrow, Saturday 20 February, is Love Your Pet Day, here’s an opportunity to see some of the very cutest pets (in this case, kittens, cats, puppies and dogs) in Lifeways’ services across the UK
Don’t forget to vote for the cutest pet in the poll at the bottom! The owner of the pet with the most votes will receive an exclusive certificate for: Lifeways Cutest Pet of the Year - 2021
This competition will close Friday 26 February – so vote now!
