Supporting you and your family in Manchester

We put people at the heart of everything we do, celebrating the positivity and individuality they bring to our services, supporting them to lead fulfilling and, happy lives.

Our supported living services in Manchester have been designed to help people live more independently, surrounded by like-minded people whilst being safe and secure behind their own front door. With a focus on person-centred support, we encourage each and every ambition – no matter how big or small.

Working closely with families, healthcare professionals and local authorities, such as Manchester City Council and NHS Greater Manchester ICB, our experienced local assessment teams take time to really get to know each person to understand what location, accommodation, and adaptations will best suit.

Our local Manchester team are always available to work hand-in-hand with you, from arranging introductions, assessments and visits, all the way through to the move being complete and the kettle going on.

“Since living here I have become more confident and independent. I am able to make everyday decisions with the help from my team, who support me in a consistent way; this is very important to me. My self esteem has grown with the support I receive and I couldn't be happier at this time”
